With over fifteen years experience at premium publishing brands, Sarah is a creative professional who has worked on multi-platform programs for top advertisers, created sales tools for ad sales teams, and developed branding and collateral for special events.
A ten year tenure at The New Yorker—a fast-paced, high-volume environment— honed her skills in managing extensive projects such as design of signage, ads, and event materials for The New Yorker Festival. She art directed illustrators and renowned New Yorker cartoonists on custom work for advertisers from Jaguar to Zappos to HSBC. The breadth of assignments at the magazine allowed Sarah to grow her capabilities in production, photo retouching, and photography.
As an art director at Meredith, a foremost publisher of women-focused titles, Sarah engaged with a new field of advertisers on high-impact unit opportunities. She oversaw photo shoots for leading companies like Heinz, Rice Krispies, and Ferrero Rocher for special sections in Allrecipes Magazine, Health, EatingWell, and Rachael Ray Every Day.
The foundation of her professional career was formed at Condé Nast titles GQ and Gourmet, where she was able to refine her design skills working on programs for luxury advertisers.
Her free time is spent baking desserts to fuel her passion for long-distance running.
